Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Imizi-PropZ Property Lifecycle Platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the Imizi-PropZ real estate lifecycle management software.
• "Organization" refers to the entity that owns or manages assets on the Platform.
• "User" refers to any individual invited to access the Platform under a specific role.
• "Asset" refers to any property, land parcel, or real estate portfolio managed through the Platform.

3. User Accounts & Roles

Access to the Platform is role-based. Your organization's administrator assigns your role (Owner, Administrator, Property Manager, Maintenance, Accountant, or Tenant). You agree to use the Platform only within the scope of your assigned permissions and not to attempt to access data or features outside your authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent property or financial data.
• Attempt to circumvent payment processing or subscription fees.
• Interfere with other users' access or disrupt Platform operations.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Platform's APIs or source code.
• Share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription fees and payments are processed through Stripe and mobile money providers. You are responsible for all fees associated with your account. Payments are subject to the respective provider's terms. The Platform is not liable for payment processing errors by third-party providers. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, software, and design remain the property of Imizi-PropZ and Izyo Digital. Organization data uploaded by users belongs to the respective Organization. You retain all rights to your data while granting us a limited license to process it for providing the Platform's services.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement organization-level data isolation to ensure users can only access data belonging to their assigned organization.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Imizi-PropZ and Izyo Digital are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by your organization in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

Access may be revoked at any time by your organization's administrator or by Imizi-PropZ for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days for export, then permanently deleted unless legal obligations require otherwise.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to organization administrators.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda and Canada. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration where the organization is registered.
